Fourth of July

Welcome to the redneck sport of America...the Demolition Derby. It was a classic place to spend one day of the fourth of july weekend! Adam and I decided that is the best place to do some people watching! There were some interesting people there and we loved cheering as car crashed into each other for survival of the fittest! Then we got to watch Ogdens fireworks!

On Sunday we went to my families house for a BBQ. We spent time with my family and cousins and then did fireworks after!

My families dog loves fireworks (I know crazy) but he would go up and try to bite it!

On Monday we went to the Layton Parade and then to all of the shops in the park! It was great! Then that evening we invited some friends over and had smores and launched some fireworks. Then we sat in our backyard and watched the Layton fireworks! I love Fourth of July on Sunday because we get three days of celebrating!

Family Weekend

This past weekend Adam and I had a very full weekend spent with both sides of our family. As we enjoyed the company and laughs of one we found ourselves rushing off to see the others. We spent alot of time in the car as we went all over(Coke came too!)Here are some of the pictures from our adventures.
Here we are driving along side my family as we make our way to Yuba Lake! We loved being out in nature. We did some fishing(the guy next to us caught alot...we didn't have much success), we jet skied and got some sun!

Coke kind of learned how to swim. He mostly stands on his hind legs and splashes alot with his front ones. He looks pretty funny!

Next we went to Soda Springs, ID to help Adam's grandparents move into a new house. We spent the night out camping and then when we were finished we went to Star Valley, WY to spend some time with his parents!

It was a long fun weekend that we wish would have lasted longer!
